How does SMB Stack Brief make money?

Are your prices up to date?
Prices are taken from each vendor's public pricing page on the date shown (most verified August 2026) and linked so you can re-check. Where a vendor sells only via quotes or resellers, we say so instead of inventing a figure. Software pricing changes; always confirm on the vendor's own page before buying.
Why do some tools show 'no public price'?
Several enterprise-leaning vendors, for example Dark Web ID, SpyCloud and Flare in breach monitoring, do not publish prices and route buyers through sales or resellers. Rather than guess, we mark that plainly. It is itself useful information: transparent, self-serve pricing is an advantage for a small business with no procurement team.
Is the best appointment scheduling software free?
Several strong options have genuine free tiers: Square Appointments (solo), Setmore (up to 4 users), Calendly (one event type) and cal.com (open source). Free is often enough to start; paid tiers add staff, payments/deposits and advanced rules. See the scheduling guide.
Does dark-web monitoring remove my leaked data?
No. Monitoring is early warning only, it tells you a credential appeared in a breach so you can change it and enable MFA. Nothing removes data already circulating. Be wary of any service implying otherwise.
Do I need both Helium 10 and Jungle Scout?
